This is my second hand massager and it is by far better than my first purchase of a different brand. Love the variety of pressure and heat options. Stays charged for multiple uses. Very comfortable and soft for my hand while using. There is some noise but easily tuned out and overlooked. I injured my hand years ago and experience daily pain. I love this for my hand pain. I'm a dental assistant, I spend a lot of time holding suctions and handpieces that vibrate. I recently had surgery on my left hand and one of the fingers. I used this during my recovery, and achy days to relieve stiffness, pain and swelling. I even took it to work to let one of my Dentists try it and I loved it too. His favorite part was the pressure on the wrist, I have joint pain in my fingers and the way it massages those fingers is amazing. Great for hand pain, looks funny and a bit bulky, but I wasn't looking for something pretty.
